What if I need to track more than 1M clicks per month?


999 out of 1,000 businesses never get anywhere near 1M clicks a month, and that’s the market we serve.

The main reason for the 1M click limit is that we provide one-of-a-kind stats and reports — all in real-time — and this just isn’t possible if you get millions and millions of clicks a month in a single account (at anywhere near our price point).

If you go a little over 1M clicks that’s totally fine, but if you regularly get more than 1M clicks a month you’ll want to create one or more additional accounts and split things up in a way that makes sense for your business.


What if I received an alert and was directed to this article?

That means you’re either close to reaching the 1M limit, or have already gone over it.

If you think this is only going to happen occasionally, then don’t worry about it – your clicks are still being processed, and it’s no big deal. Just let us know so we can add a note to your account.

But if you know you’re going to go way over 1M clicks every month, then you’ll want to create one or more additional accounts and split things up in a way that makes sense for your business.

We also understand that you probably have traffic “in flight” and will probably continue to receive more traffic in the coming days or weeks. This is perfectly fine as long as you’re working on moving some of your tracking to another account, if necessary, and you’ve been in contact with us about it.

Either way, please let us know your plan so we can add a note to your account.


At what point will my account be at risk?

If you ignore our alerts and do not respond, or you do not address the issue within 14 days, we’ll have no choice but to terminate the account in question.
