How to I troubleshoot the redirect path for my link?

If you’re doing a lot of tracking, a good “redirect path” tool for your browser can be really helpful for tracking down problems.

Chrome has an extension called “Redirect Path” that you can get by going to the Chrome Store and entering “Redirect Path”. The extension is from Ayima. Just click “Add to Chrome” to install it.

Firefox has a similar extension (or Add on) called “Link Redirect Trace”. In Firefox, go to “Tools > Add-ons” and search for “Link Redirect Trace.” The “Link Redirect Trace” extension is also available for Chrome.

Both of these extensions will add a toolbar button that will show you every redirect that was taken to get to the current web page.
