How do I schedule my Onboarding Call or get phone support?


Phone support and onboarding calls are only available on the Standard and Pro plans.

If you’d like to upgrade your account, please go to the Billing page in the menu and change your subscription. Once you’ve done that, you’ll get instant access to this page to schedule an Onboarding or Phone Support call.

 
Tip: You’re welcome to upgrade and downgrade your plan as needed.

For example, you’re welcome to upgrade to take advantage of our highest level of support for a bit, then downgrade again when you no longer need it.

And if you’re still in your Free Trial period, it’s a no-brainer!

Upgrade to the Standard Plan to at least take advantage of everything it offers during your free trial. You can switch back to the Starter Plan with just two clicks at any time.
