Why am I getting emails asking me to reset my password?


If you’re getting a regular stream of emails asking you to reset your password, it’s almost certainly because you have the ClickMagick login page open in a browser window someplace and you’re also using some time of password manager such as RoboForm, 1Password, LastPass, etc.

For security reasons, ClickMagick refreshes its login page every so often. If you have the login page open in a browser window, your password manager will automatically try to fill in the page each time the page refreshes. These repeated attempts to log in can trigger the email messages to reset your password.

The solution is to look through your open browser windows and close any that show ClickMagick’s login page.
