What kind of support does each plan include?

In addition to our extensive Knowledge Base we include 4-Hour support with our Starter plan, and fanatical one-on-one 1-Hour Support with our Standard and Pro plans. At your plan level, you can go the the Help menu, day or night, and choose Helpdesk.
