You can reach our Helpdesk by going the the Help menu at the top of every page and choosing “Helpdesk”. We are available day and night to answer your questions.
Here are two suggestions to speed things up:
Try searching the Knowledge Base. You can find the Knowledge Base in the Help menu at the top of every page. For best results, type in a short question rather than just a word or two. Our Knowledge Base is extensive and you’ll probably find the exact answer that you want.
If you don’t find an answer in the the Knowledge Base, contact us at our Helpdesk and we’ll be glad to get your question answered.
