ClickMagick offers a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee. If you forget to cancel your free trial or are not satisfied for any reason, just let us know and we’ll be happy to refund any charges within the past 30 days.

Under no circumstances can we refund any charges older than 30 days. If you feel you’ve been a victim of credit card fraud, we encourage you to contact your financial institution and open an investigation with them.

Because each insight requires significant processing power and real-time API calls to generate, there are real infrastructure and compute costs incurred every time insights are created.

For this reason, Insights subscriptions are non-refundable once your free trial has ended.

We encourage all users to take advantage of the 14-day free trial to fully explore the value of Insights before subscribing. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.
